The privacy of the property is partial and on the ground floor there is space to park 1 vehicle. The comfortable living room of this home offers you an ideal space where you can disconnect from your daily routine by watching satellite television or reading a good read. In the furnished dining room you can enjoy unforgettable moments sharing long after-dinner conversations with your loved ones. The large kitchen, which has been recently renovated, has a perfect and well-equipped space (with ceramic hob) to carry out any recipe you propose. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and also has 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms and all of them have access to the terrace. 2 of them with 1 double bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and you can use the crib available on the property in any of them. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with shower, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the 1st. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The surroundings of this house are very pleasant, it is located near the tourist area of ??Can Picafort. In the town there is a market on Friday mornings, where you can buy various local products.
